Giancarlo Di Mizio Jr. is a native Italian and fluent Spanish speaker who grew up in the heart of Rome before his family put down roots in Indiana. With over 15 years of language teaching experience, he brings both depth and passion to his work in the classroom. His diverse background ranging from studying psychology and biology at Purdue University to serving as a regional manager for a family restaurant gives him a unique perspective on learning, leadership, and communication.

As Education Director at Indy Language Center, Giancarlo oversees the daily management of the Carmel, IN location while shaping the mission and policies of the school. His favorite part of the role is fostering community bringing people together through language learning and creating opportunities to experience each other’s cultures.
